all topics related to armed conflict [and] displays a worldwide scope from
ancient times to the onset of the 21st century." (CHOICE, June 2012) Articles are varied, substantial and scholarly, such as Women and war, which runs 17 pages in pdf including a page and a half of references and suggestions for further reading.
