Public Libraries - Non-resident borrowers

Here are the policies for non-residents at Mid-Columbia (students and instructors with proof of current enrollment/employment) and Richland (students and CBC identified instructors with proof of current enrollment/employment). While both have application forms online, they will not issue patron IDs online, only in person.
